Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup dark chocolate chopped into chunks (or ready made choc chips)
1/3 cup cocoa nibs
1/2 macadamias coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp baking social
1 tsp vanilla paste (or essence)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup tahini
Method
Combine the wet ingredients, stir well. Add in all the dry ingredients and combine well. Form up 12-15 balls into cookies and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Allow to chill and rest in fridge for 20-30 mins. Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool thoroughly (if you can stand the temptation). Enjoy!
