Shipping and Returns Policy

Free Shipping - over $150 to most locations

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. Free shipping offers only apply within Australia, and exclude some rural and very remote areas. In this situation we can offer subsidised shipping.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products (or in the rare instance an order arrives damaged) please  contact us promptly within 30 days for a no fuss replacement, return or refund. During the Christmas period, we understand orders may be gifts, and so we extend our return period to 31 January each year. Our aim is always to keep customers happy and we will try resolve any issues quickly. 

Fast Despatch

We work hard to ensure all orders are on their way within 48 hours or less. We ship via Australia Post, or TNT Road Express.

Sustainability

We take seriously our responsibility to deliver your products safely and with minimal environmental impact. We pack and protect our products for safe transit with recycled cardboard and sustainable packaging materials fillers/padding. Where possible we try to reuse and recycle padding and packaging materials. 

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier workloads on average deliveries within Australia take from 3-10 business days depending on your location. By default we send orders with authority to leave without signature. If you prefer to not have goods left without a signature please notify us by adding a note to delivery instructions at checkout.
