Green AS, fresh, unfiltered and fabulous! Limited release early harvest unfiltered EVOO. Made with 100% Frantoio olives picked at the start of the season, this robust EVOO really packs a flavour punch. Note, due to its unfiltered nature it is normal for this oil to have a cloudy appearance.
USES: An excellent all rounder for those who like it punchy. A wonderful finishing oil for steaks, stews, braised legumes and grilled meats. Pairs well with big italian flavours like raddichio, fennel, orange, pizza and tomato-based pastas.
