2025 Olio Nuovo (Coratina) - Extra Virgin Olive Oil Refill Spout Pack

Limited release early harvest unfiltered EVOO. Made 100% Coratina olives by an Australian Italian family with generational know, and a master miller from Italy. Processed on grove and produced from olives picked at the very start of the season, this robust EVOO really packs a flavour punch. Green grassy, herbaceous aromas with notes of citrus and kiwi.  Due to its unfiltered nature it is normal for this oil to have a cloudy appearance. 

USES: An excellent all rounder for those who like it classically Italian and punchy. A wonderful finishing oil for steaks, stews, braised legumes and grilled meats. Pairs well with big Italian flavours like Bistecca Florentina, raddichio, fennel & orange, pizza and tomato-based pastas.
