More Italian than the Pope. This is a beautiful example of a classically Italian style EVOO. Made using early harvest Victorian olives by a master miller from Genoa. Medium intensity, grassy notes with aromas of tomato vine and artichoke. Lovely transfer, balanced and harmonious. Everything a good olive oil should be.
USES: An excellent all rounder grilled meats, chicken dishes, mashed potatoes, cheesy dishes. Pairs well with big Italian flavours like Bistecca Florentina, raddichio, fennel & orange, pizza and tomato-based pastas.
